How Long Will It Take To Transcribe My Data?
We offer turnarounds from 24 hours, volume depending. We always meet deadlines set by our clients and we NEVER over-promise and under-deliver.
Do You Charge Extra For Express Turnarounds?
We believe in fair pricing, regularly price check our competitors and often find we are at least 20-30% cheaper but for express services we charge little more.
Can you send me an invoice?
Yes as soon as orders are placed an Invoice will generated and shared on your mentioned email.
Where are your transcriptionists located?
The majority of our transcriptionists are based in the United Kingdom or United States and are native English speakers.
What about Privacy/Confidentiality Agreement?
All of our translators/transcribers have signed a Confidentiality Agreement. We respect our clients’ privacy, therefore we provide the option for the client to personally remove the completed transcriptions from our database. Regarding our translators/transcribers, the aforementioned data is completely removed from their computers as well.
Are discounts available for bulk orders?
We are able to offer discounts for orders of over 20 audio hours. Please contact us to discuss your project.
How are transcripts delivered?
By default, transcripts are emailed to the uploader’s email address via email attachment in Word .docx format. Transcripts are fully editable.
What if my delivery is late?
If we fail to deliver on the date we have committed to, we will make partial refund for you. The only possible obstacles for delivering the file on time are bad quality audio or other technical problems. If any problems do arise, the client is informed immediately.
What complicates the transcription process?
Poor sound quality is the biggest problem: excessive background noise, noises in the recording process, and not enough volume. Other factors that complicate transcription: more than one speaker, multiple people speaking at the same time, group discussions, fast speaking and industry-specific terminology. Which file formats do you accept?
We accept mp3, wav, wma, wmv, avi, flv, mpg, mpeg, mp4, m4a, m4v, mov, ogg, webm, aif, aiff, amr, 3gp, 3ga, mts, ovg file formats.
Do you offer transcription services in other languages?
No as of now we are only delivering in English but we are always trying to expand.
Can you sign an NDA agreement?
Yes. We have a range of existing templates available. Client-supplied NDAs are welcome, subject to approval.
